Great value and location! The hotel is situated in the heart of the action, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were clean and modern, offering a comfortable stay. the price was affordable, making it a budget-friendly option for travelers.
The customer service was lacking. There was often a language barrier, which made it difficult to communicate our needs.

Good, clean with air conditioning and very closed to the beach. No tv and quite small rooms. Should be cheaper

The staff was very pleasant and very helpful The room got cleaned up by the housekeepers which was very much appreciated Finally perfect location cuz right on the 5th avenue and very close to the beach(100 m) It is totally affordable and reasonably cheaper in comparising to what similar hther hotels could propose and would tend to charge you more for not better!! I recommend it to anybody

This charming boutique hotel had a great location, just a block away from the beach and very close to all the best restaurants and clubs in town. the rooms were small but clean and had everything I needed for my short stay. I especially enjoyed the common patio on the second floor, where I spent some time relaxing before heading out to explore the area.

Good location. They gave a free ticket for beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach which was nice.
Some of the basic facilities were missing. The hotel had just recently been opened and there was a lot of dust and some strange smells of construction materials. The staff was nice but didn't know very well about facilities, services etc. A wanna-be design hotel with cold atmosphere.

The location, the beds were nice and big, the shower was very sexy.
The staff was extremely rude, especially the 1 guy that works at the restaurant in the front in the mornings and wears orange glasses!!! surprisingly the owner was very nice... it is a new hotel so it was still rusty with the staff... he even offered free nights if we ever return.. and the food at the front restaurant was excellent!!!

The hotel is conveniently located near the best restaurants in town and popular beach clubs, making it a perfect spot for families with kids. It's just a block away from the beach, allowing easy access for a day of fun in the sun. the lovely small hotel provides a welcoming atmosphere with great service and attention from the friendly staff. Guests can enjoy delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, Pummarola. the manager, Alfred, always goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
The hotel lacks sufficient customer service, as there is usually only one hostess at the front desk and communication may be challenging due to their limited English skills.
